In a conversation with Biztechsia, Margaret Heng, the Executive Director of Singapore Hotel Association (SHA) and CEO of Singapore Hotel and Tourism Education Centre (Shatec), shares the various initiatives the association had rolled out to help and protect its members keep afloat and retain the workforce during the pandemic. She also shares on how SHA represented the hotel industry at various dialogues. Margaret also shares how she is evolving Shatec as the CEO.
