It’s no secret that women have historically faced greater barriers than men when it comes to fully participating in the economy. Across geographies and income levels, disparities between men and women persist in the form of pay gaps, uneven opportunities for advancement, and unbalanced representation in important decision-making.
Today however, the tide has changed – women leaders are now a requirement of the twenty-first century and organizations are stepping up to increase workplace diversity and empower women to take up leadership roles.
A company that is doing this successfully is NIPSEA Group, a global leader that provides innovative solutions in the paint and coatings industry. Headquartered in Singapore, with 130 NIPSEA companies spread throughout 22 geographical locations, the group is Asia Pacific’s No. 1 paint and coatings manufacturer in both production and sales revenue.
