Liberty Insurance is the Malaysian operations of the Liberty Mutual Insurance Group which was founded in Boston over 100 years ago, is the sixth largest global property and casualty insurer and ranks ranks 71st on the Fortune 100 list of largest corporations in the US based on 2020 revenue.
Liberty Insurance has served Malaysians with their wide range of products and services for 44 years and is supported by six regional offices and 24 branches.
Puneet Pasricha, Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Insurance Berhad, says the push towards digitalisation is part of the ‘new norm’ in the wake of the pandemic focusing on customer experience and improving on productivity, claims efficiency and approval turnaround times while reducing expenses, ultimately putting the customer as the end in mind.
