Everest Engineering, a tech startup founded in 2018 has since doubled their team despite the pandemic. The dedicated team is spread across mostly in Australia and India.
Studies find that certain percentage of employees believe working from home has benefitted their mental wellbeing, while others find it has blurred the boundaries between work and personal life. So, hence, how can companies overcome challenges to mental health, productivity and disconnection in new hybrid ways of working?
Craig Brown, the Chief Executive Officer of Everest Engineering says the adoption of micromanagement in companies is over, and leaders should look into new work models by building a strong culture around trust, autonomy and creating a place to belong to overcome challenges in hybrid environment.
