Systematic Aviation Services started its operations in 1994 with a team of five at DCA Hangar, Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, Subang. The company ventured into small aircraft maintenance, and now to managing a fleet of airplanes and helicopters.
Ida Ismail took over the role as CEO after the death of her father to carry on the business which her father has built. Fresh out from university, she joined the company to learn the operations and how to deal with the demand in this challenging industry. Ida gives insights on how she is running the business in terms of go to market strategy, managing people and services.
She also tell us the sort of turnover and profits they are dong right now. Furthermore, Ida gives her perspective of the aviation industry in Malaysia. Lastly, she shares the company’s expansion plans moving forward.
