BetterPlace, an Indian SaaS-based workforce management platform, recently acquired TROOPERS, a Malaysian provider of on-demand part-time frontline workers. The acquisition will enhance BetterPlace’s presence in Southeast Asia by integrating TROOPERS’s gig matching and rostering features into its SaaS platform.
Troopers, founded in 2017, is a digital HR tech platform serving various brands in Malaysia for on-ground activations, marketing, promotions, logistics, and shared services.
