Prostate cancer is a malignant tumour in the prostate gland which can spread over time to other parts of the human body if not treated in time. And because the tumour grows very slowly, it is illogical to expect patients to discover this cancer earlier.
As a matter of fact, most prostate cancer patients are unaware of this illness until they enter into their late forties.
On this health and wellness show, Tan Sri Nazir Razak, Chairman and Founding Partner of Ikhlas Capital, and Professor Dr. Christopher Cheng, a Urologist at Singapore General Hospital and Sengkang General Hospital speak frankly about prostate cancer from their lens of survivors of this illness. Tan Sri also highlights his involvement in #onlymencan, a prostate cancer awareness campaign, led by Universiti Malaya Urological Cancer Trust Fund which strives to raise the awareness amongst Malaysian men.
