Emil shares the fascinating Neo4j’s story, how and why it started and the link to Asia. He also talks about the evolution of databases from Relational databases to now graph databases and why graph databases deliver superior outcomes.

He then explains why their technology is superior and that was the fundamental reason why they were able to attract blue chip investors such as Google Ventures and raised US$325 million in their latest Series F round. He however reiterated that he still sees a 10-15 year journey to grow the business even further.
